1] In Auction each team will have 11000 Points.
2] Base point for each player in auction is 300.
3] Every BID Rise will be of 100 points.
4] Total 11 players in each team.
5] Each match will be of 10 overs. (One over for each bowler.)
6] Each Over will be of 5 Bowls.
7] NEW POWER PLAY RULE WILL BE EXPLAINED ON GROUND BEFORE MATCH
8] Mankadwicket(Nonstrikerrunoutwicket),willbegivenoutdirectlywithoutwarning.
9] NO QUOTA SYSTEM THIS YEAR
10] If catch out new batsmen on strike.
11] THIS YEAR WE HAVE INTRODUCED DRS IN EVERY MATCH (1 DRS PER INNING)
12] There should be new opening pair in every league match(No compulsion in knock-out matches).
13] All 11 players will get batting(10wickets).
14] ONE Players has to be shuffled in every match, But All League Players Should Be COMPULSORY Present During the Match.
15] One Player should not be shuffle more than 1 matches(in league match)
16] If Captain Wants To Shuffle Player In Knockout Matches He Can Shuffle After 5th Over
17] Note:-Any grievance after the end of the match will not be entertained in any case.
18] At the end of league matches if points are same, then teams will advance on the basis of NET RUN RATE.
19] In case of the match TIE each team will be allotted one point each. But for Quarter Final, Semi Final, there will be Super Over. If Super Over also get TIE, then there will be Ball Out system.(3 bowls to be bowled by 3playersandifbowlout system TIE then TOSS).
20] UMPIRE DECISION WILL BE LAST DECISION.
21] Fast bowling is not allowed. No warning will be given by umpire.The umpire can give directly NO BALL. Fast ball will be decided by umpire only.
22] The ball above shoulder level will be given NO BALL. FULL TOSS above waist level is NO BALL.
23] Do not use any wrong words with any players, umpires and any other person.
24] Captain should make sure that each player should play match in the tournament.
25] Each NO BALL will have FREE HIT.(Only runout will be given in free hit).
26] ON FREE HIT only straight side six, other both sides out of ground NO RUN, NO OUT.
27] BYES AND LEG BYE is allowed. Purposefully handling the bowl (by hands or by legs) is out. Runout is allowed on BYES AND LEG BYE.
28] All team should be strictly in their respective kits for the tournament. If owner provides only T-shirt then compulsory Black lower. Sports shoes compulsory.
29] Bowler should bowl within the prescribed box. If any bowler touches box line then it will be considered as NO BALL.
30] Super Over = only 3 batsmen will be play. (That means 2 wickets).
31] No declare runs. If ball goes one bounce above barricades then 2 runs declared. (Direct above barricades is out). If ball hits wall on bouncer ebound on ground then its in play. Front side of ground if the ball hits direct to barricades or with multiple bounce of ball then it will be 4 Runs & if ball goes direct above the barricades then it will be out. If Ball goes one bounce above barricades behind the stumps then 1 Run is declared. And Full toss above barricades behind the stumps it is not out and 1 Run declared.
32] Multiple bounce will be considered No Ball.
33] Runner will not be allowed.
33] Alcohol and Tobacco strictly prohibited violating the rule will lead the players name in blacklist.
34] Misbehavior by any player or team is not allowed. If any team leaves the match in between for any reason, then 2-3 minutes will be given to that team for coming back on the field, on failing the match directly will be awarded in the favor of other team.
35] Red card system is there for misbehavior of the player. If any player misbehaves and umpire shows him red card then that players will not be eligible to play for that match and next match.
36] It would be mandatory for the team to be present 1 HOUR prior the match.
37] The tournament schedule is from 25th December Wednesday to 29th December Sunday. If schedule fixed for the tournament gets disturbed for any reason then matches will be played on Friday and Saturday morning/afternoon. So it is expected that each player will co-operate. All 5 days matches will start at sharp 1.30 Pm
38] Cricket is known as “The GENTLEMEN’S GAME” so all the teams are expected to play in true spirit of game.
39] All players, Cricket Lovers (Viewers) Should Park there vehicle at their own risk if any undue circumstances happens SYC committee, Team Owner, Captain or anyone else is not responsible.
40] OBJECTIVE OF THIS TOURNAMENT IS COMPLETELY FOR GATHERING, ENTERTAINMENT AND TO BRING THE COMMUNITY TOGETHER. IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO COMPETE IN A SPORTING WAY.
41] For outstation players accommodation is rranged by SYC committee. Accommodating players should pre-inform so that arrangement can be made. It is team captains responsibility to inform SYC committee. 42] For Daily Matches or by the end of Matches, Every Player is responsible for his own. If any undue circumstances happen SYC committee, Team Owner, Captain or any one else is not responsible.
43] All Players of the team has to be present on ground at the time of toss.
44] Each Player has to come for his own match without fail. Failing to do so would account for further action.
